Job summary

LBE, Inc. is seeking a full-time CAD-BIM Design Coordinator in Moncks Corner, SC. The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural/engineering settings, with hands-on design, detailing, and documentation duties across federal, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating drafting and BIM efforts, implementing standards, and providing technical support to teams. Revit families, templates, and BIM processes form core activities in this position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, architecture, drafting, or related field.
• In-depth working knowledge of Revit and BIM processes.
• Fundamental understanding of MEP and structural aspects of Revit.
• Analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in PC management and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate Revit knowledge for family creation and parameters.

• Assist and support production efforts – drafting and design from design to construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
• Conduct drafting-based quality control reviews at major project milestones.

Job Description

LBE, Inc. is seeking a full-time CAD-BIM Design Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in an architectural or engineering firm, or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have experience in design, detailing, and preparationof relevant documentation. Our projects span new construction and renovations across federal, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities Include:

Assist and support production efforts, both drafting and design, as needed – from initial design through construction documents; primarily using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.

Conduct drafting-based quality control reviews at major project milestones.

Establish and implement standards, processes, procedures, and workflows.

Provide CAD/BIM support and technical assistance to team members.

Develop and maintain internal and external drafting and BIM-related documents for education and standard enforcement.

BIM content creation, including Revit families, templates, procedural documents, and others as directed.

Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by supervisor/mentor.

Salary Range
