• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and Contractors.

Position Location: Ponca City, OK

Job Description

• This position is for a contract CAD Drafter
• Typical hours are 8 hours a day Monday-Friday, OT possible
• Pick up redlines from Designersin AutoCAD
• Pick up redlines(Schematics &P&IDs)from MOCs to support Document Control
• General AutoCAD work for Design Team

Required Qualifications

• 1-5years of experience in Drafting
• Worked in a similar capacity
• AutoCAD
• Basic computer/PC skills
• Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to function as part of a project team
• Able to interact and work with a diverse work group (Mechanical and/or I&E Designers, Engineers, Contractors)
• Basic knowledge of Process & Instrumentation Symbology

Desired Qualifications

• Worked in a similar capacity in similar industry (refining,petro-chemical, etc.)
• Experience using Falcon
• Experience in SAP
• Associate Degree in Design, Drafting or Engineer Tech

Leadership

• Work under the direction of Engineers and Designers
• Must be able to function with little supervision

Responsibilities and Duties

• Knowledge of Drafting standards, methods, and practices
• Must be able to work safely in an office and refinery environment
• Must be able to perform field walk downs
• Set up CAD environment including libraries and layers
• Use Ponca City Refinery's design standards and project procedures to create project drawings including the following but not limited to:
• Schematics / Isometrics
• P&IDs
• Building layouts, equipment layouts, cable tray/pipe routing
• Pipe schedules
• Installation Details
• Bill of Materials
