Palm Harbor Homes is seeking a Drafter to complete assigned drafting projects under the Product Development Manager. The role focuses on producing accurate production drawings, bills of materials, and vendor drawings, while coordinating with other drafters to keep projects on schedule.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma with Drafting Fundamentals exposure and at least one year of drafting or manufacturing assembly experience, plus solid computer and drafting software skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops accurate and complete production drawings, bills of materials, and vendor drawings for assigned models and/or projects.
• Coordinates drawings and bills of materials with other Drafters on common projects to ensure timely completion.
• Keeps abreast of current drafting standards to maintain continuity during development processes.
• Maintains the library of production drawings and bills of materials to ensure a central source of current reference information.
