Mitchell Homes, Inc. is seeking a Drafter skilled in Revit to produce residential drawings from sales visuals to county permits. You will collaborate daily with the sales and estimating teams, engineers, lumber suppliers, and cabinet partners to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, polished Revit drawings for residential homes, from sales drawings to permit drawings.

What You'll Do

Your drawings will be the blueprint — literally — for every home we build. You will:

• Produce accurate, polished Revit drawings for residential homes, from sales drawings for customer approval to permit drawings for county approval
• Collaborate daily with our sales and estimating departments, engineers, lumber suppliers, and cabinet partners
• Work directly with county permitting departments across VA, MD, NC and SC
• Assist in reviewing project files to keep every home on track
