Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a full-time Service Technician to support on-premise accounts across North and Central California. This hands-on role involves draught beer system service, line installation, and occasional event setups, with company vehicle provided.

You will troubleshoot, deliver, and maintain draft equipment, while coordinating with account staff and management. Strong beer knowledge, driving capability, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with a draught beer system.
  • Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs including presentation software.
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with strong communication and discretion.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or in a team, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Analytical and reporting skills; sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive service and communicate effectively with account employees.
  • Service equipment within state guidelines and troubleshoot draught lines.
  • Complete draught line service and installs; assist with product deliveries.
  • Maintain and manage sales tools, samples, and POS materials.
  • Train others on basic draught maintenance and safety procedures.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple service requests; coordinate with management.

May also assist with special event set-up and execution.This role supports North and Central California accounts - candidates will need to be comfortable driving in a larger coverage territory.Candidates should have strong beer knowledge and understanding of how draft beer systems operate.This is a hands-on role that may be required to assist with cleaning draft lines, per request.Company vehicle provided for this role.Job Description:Job Responsibilities:Provide responsive service and communicate effectively with account employees.Service equipment within state guidelines.
