A Head For Profits (AHFP) in Springfield, VA is seeking a Draft Beer Quality Technician to ensure local bars serve the highest quality pints by visiting venues, cleaning and maintaining draft systems.

No prior experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role includes a company vehicle, 401(k) with match, medical coverage, PTO, and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Hands-on/quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to keep draft beer systems clean.
• Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders; ensure high-quality beer is served.
