Job summary

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is seeking a Dozer Operator to join our Bluffdale, UT plant. As an Equipment Operator you will support daily operations by operating equipment and performing general plant tasks.

Responsibilities include operating equipment in production, inspecting plant areas, performing basic maintenance and screen changes, welding and fabrication as needed, and identifying safety hazards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience operating equipment (loader, haul truck, water truck, skid steer).
• General mechanical knowledge.
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in daily plant production.
• Inspect plant areas and perform basic maintenance, repairs, and screen changes.
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Identify safety hazards or equipment issues and respond appropriately.
