Doyle Security Services, Inc. on a college campus seeks a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, supervise officers, and maintain a safe environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

You will respond to incidents, prepare reports, and coordinate with campus officials and law enforcement while ensuring security activities follow post orders and company policies with a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2-3 years Security Supervisory Experience.
• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a Supervisor of Security Officers and Lead Officers at client site(s); ensures post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Trains Security Officers and reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Inspects posts and meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• Prepares, files, and submits reports; coordinates with management and law enforcement as needed.
• Performs supervisory duties including directing work, coaching, and addressing issues.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders.

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and experienced Security Shift Supervisor to oversee daily security operations on a college campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, and maintaining compliance with campus policies and company procedures.
The Security Shift Supervisor will provide leadership during assigned shifts by monitoring officer performance, responding to incidents and emergencies, preparing reports, coordinating with campus officials and law enforcement when necessary, and ensuring all security activities are conducted in a professional and customer-service-oriented manner. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage situations in a fast-paced educational environment.
The successful candidate must be committed to promoting safety, enforcing campus regulations, and maintaining a visible security presence while fostering positive relationships with the campus community.
Saturday & Sunday 1500 -2300
Up to USD $23.25/Hr.

• Functions as a Supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that adequate reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Trains Security Officers, reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as schedules and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• As assigned, in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal laws, carried out supervisory duties that can include some or all the following orienting, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policy.
