CBD Kratom is seeking a Sales Associate (Doyen) to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will train to become the trusted voice in the cannabis and kratom space, handling POS transactions and delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with monthly bonuses based on store performance, 50% product discount, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) with company matching. You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a values-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• People person with enthusiasm for our products and culture.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve subject matter expert status through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Use consultative selling and a service-first mindset; up-sell where appropriate.
• Process POS transactions, cash handling, and banking tasks.
• Maintain store standards and provide inventory updates to leadership.
• Stock displays, organize storage, and assist opening/closing duties.
