Job summary

Pacific Patrol Services is seeking entry-level unarmed security officers for assignments in Portland, including downtown. You will provide a professional security presence and assist tenants, employees, visitors, and members of the public. The role offers a flexible schedule with full-time, part-time, and flexible options.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, increasing to $20.00 per hour after 1,040 hours worked. DPSST certification before hire and in-office training are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot or bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and common areas for safety and property conditions.
• Provide directions and assistance to clients, tenants, and visitors.
• Observe and report suspicious activity promptly and accurately.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports.
• Respond to non-emergency incidents in a timely manner.
• Enforce property rules and policies professionally.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
