HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Laundry Attendant at Marriott Jacksonville Downtown to ensure guests experience impeccably clean linens. You will operate washers and dryers, control drying times, and handle cleaning agents while maintaining orderly workspaces and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the use of laundry chemicals and different formulas and effects on linen.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate washing and drying equipment; load and unload laundry.
• Set the proper drying times for different types of linen and monitor machines.
• Measure and apply cleaning agents according to product specifications.
• Monitor feeders on washers and report irregularities to supervisor.
• Clean up machines and surrounding areas and maintain hygiene standards.
