Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Downstream Operator to operate production machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining documentation and contributing improvement ideas. You will perform scheduled maintenance, ensure quality and proper labeling, and support plant teams in safety, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and be prepared to complete entrance exams and interviews.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred and should complete entrance examinations and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Operate downstream production machinery safely and efficiently and maintain documentation.
• Follow Lock out / Tag out policy and wear PPE in the production area.
• Adhere to GMP and ensure proper labeling of all production.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and downstream changeovers.
• Record quality measurements and report any non-conformances promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in safety training.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
