Ring Container Technologies is hiring a Downstream Operator for a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:45pm-10:00pm) to safely operate downstream production machinery, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure top quality product. The role emphasizes strict GMP adherence, proper documentation, and active participation in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and are prepared to complete required exams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred and should successfully complete the entrance examinations and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Operate downstream production machinery safely and efficiently and maintain documentation.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and downstream equipment changeovers.
• Produce best quality product and ensure proper labeling and tagging.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Production staff to address issues and improve OEE.
• Maintain records in CMMS/Micromain and ensure housekeeping and safety standards.
