Job summary

BioTalent in California is seeking a Biomanufacturing Associate, Downstream to support purification of biological products in a GMP environment. You will operate chromatography systems, perform TFF and sterile filtration, and help prepare buffers for production.

The role includes completing GMP batch records and supporting aseptic manufacturing in cleanrooms. Ideal candidates bring hands-on downstream experience (chromatography, filtration, purification) and a strong attention to quality.

Qualifications

• 4 months of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Hands-on downstream processing, chromatography, filtration or related purification techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate chromatography systems and purification equipment.
• Perform Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) and sterile filtration processes.
• Prepare buffers and production materials.
• Complete GMP documentation and batch records.
• Support aseptic manufacturing in cleanroom environments.
• Maintain equipment and contribute to continuous manufacturing operations.
