Responsibilities

Document and supervise jobs, tools, and dispatching.
Mentor new field personnel.
Assist clients in resolving down‑hole issues.
Provide on‑site supervision of through‑tubing interventions.
Train field personnel and offer guidance, leadership, and training to employees.
Oversee projects utilizing down‑hole fishing, milling, specialty tools, and related functions.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork pre‑ and post‑job.
Troubleshoot down‑hole problems and make recommendations to customers.
Identify and promote ideas or procedures that improve operational efficiency.
Attend operations and safety meetings when available.
Meet all required deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
