Power Home Remodeling offers a 2-4 month SkillBridge program exposing transitioning service members to multiple departments such as Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy. You will be guided by a dedicated Pathways team and leaders to ensure a premier learning experience.

In partnership with DoW, the program aims to transition participants to full-time roles after completion, with benefits including a sign-on bonus and a strong emphasis on leadership development and upward mobility.

Qualifications

• 2- to 4-month SkillBridge program across multiple departments.
• Dedicated Pathways team and leadership support.
• Opportunity to transition to full-time after program.

Responsibilities

• Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales.
• Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management.
• Craftsman Academy: training transitioning service members to install and run installation crews.
