Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Dough Lead for the Ogden Plant on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm, Mon–Fri with some Saturdays). You will oversee packing line staff, ensure efficient production flow, and uphold safety and quality standards, while actively supporting team performance.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, GMP compliance, sanitation, and enforcing food safety and quality policies. This role is full-time and located at the Ogden facility in Utah.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance.
• Ensure team members follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies.

About the Role:

The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing packing line employees, ensuring efficient production flow, proper packaging, and compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting overall team performance. You will add value by performing the following duties including but not limited to:

• Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance
• Ensure team members follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment
• Maintain compliance with food safety, food defense, food quality standards, and perform other assigned duties

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

About You:
