Broadway Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care under the direction of nursing leadership. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality resident care while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a Texas CNA license, at least 6 months of CNA experience or relevant clinical exposure, and strong English communication skills. Interpersonal sensitivity and teamwork are essential in this setting.
A nursing assistant responsible for providing routine nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures and as may be directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
