Job summary

Greenville Gardens is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide resident care and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants. The RN will monitor staff to ensure safety regulations are followed.

You’ll work where you are appreciated by a friendly administrator Laurie and a supportive team. Responsibilities include ensuring safe resident care, making nursing diagnoses, coordinating with the healthcare team, documenting medication

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Candidates with a minimum of 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses forming the basis for care strategy.
• Collaborates with the resident and healthcare team.
• Records administration of medications or changes in patient condition.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and proper procedures.
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.

• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
