Job summary

Behler-Young Company in Brighton, MI is seeking a Warehouse-Delivery Driver DOT who thrives in a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and takes pride in accurate inventory handling. You will unload inbound shipments, verify accuracy, receive product, prepare outgoing shipments, and manage paperwork.

You must lift up to 50 lbs, drive a box truck, and maintain a good DOT medical card. The role includes occasional driving beyond the warehouse and cross-training at the counter to support the team

Qualifications

• The candidate must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Must possess a chauffeur's license and a DOT medical card with a clean driving record (no more than 4 points).
• Experience driving a box truck in various Michigan conditions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and verify accuracy of the shipment.
• Receive product into inventory and place items in correct locations; complete related paperwork.
• Prepare products for outgoing shipments (Behler-Young, UPS, RPS, or LTL) and replenish inventory as needed.
• Pull orders to assist customer service; maintain warehouse cleanliness and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks at delivery sites; cross-train at the counter to support the team.
