DOT Delivery Associate - TPE Logistics Solutions Inc.

Job Type: Permanent. Compensation: up to USD 22.75 per hour.
Full‑time. Weekend work available. Veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive an Amazon‑branded, DOT‑regulated truck ranging from 15‑26 ft in length, staying active and working independently.
• Complete DOT certification and physical (can be acquired during onboarding).
• Safely operate delivery vehicle at all times.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members.
• Load, sort, and locate packages for delivery.
• Use handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Work in varying weather conditions; load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Work additional hours during high‑volume periods.
• Be customer‑obsessed and capable of repeated physical activity—getting in and out of the van, walking, climbing stairs, squatting, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching overhead.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs individually and up to 300 lbs as part of a delivery team.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record: no more than three incidents or infractions, no suspensions.
• Commercial, DOT, or CDL driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Physical fitness to complete the required tasks; able to perform frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of packages.
