Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 6 months courier experience preferred; ability to demonstrate area knowledge.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance.
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; read/speak English sufficiently for traffic signs and officials.

Responsibilities

• Operates company vehicles and delivers/picks up packages with courteous, efficient service.
• Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
• Provides coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
• Performs related customer service functions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
