Job summary

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP is seeking a DOT Compliance Specialist for our Houston, TX or Owensboro, KY office. The role serves as a Compliance liaison to assist Project Execution with pipeline projects, maintains manuals, reviews forms, and represents Boardwalk in audits. Travel 15-30% is required.

Associates degree or 3-5 years of pipeline experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree beneficial. Must understand 49 CFR 192/195 and PHMSA guidance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3-5 years of pipeline or construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong ability to read and apply Federal Regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project execution manuals and MOCs and assist with documentation.
• Represent Boardwalk in audits and inspections with regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate with Compliance Assurance staff for notifications to regulators.
