Wells Concrete Products, Inc. is seeking a DOT Enterprise Compliance Manager to oversee DOT and FMCSA compliance for our fleet and transportation operations, including driver qualifications, hours of service, vehicle maintenance, inspections, safety standards, and record-keeping.
The role reports to the DOT & EHS Compliance Director and collaborates with Safety and Operations to align fleet and workplace safety with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
The DOT Enterprise Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company's fleet and transportation operations comply with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. This role will oversee all aspects of DOT and FMCSA compliance, including driver qualifications, hours of service (HOS), vehicle maintenance, inspections, safety standards, and record-keeping. The DOT Compliance Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the company's safety performance and mitigating regulatory and financial risks related to transportation activities and oversee the Wells, MN plant safety program. The DOT Enterprise Compliance Manager will report to the DOT & EHS Compliance Director.
