Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with valid state driver's license required.
• Must have and maintain clean driving record.
• Must have ability to efficiently plan routes and exhibit proper driving etiquette.
• Must have the ability to drive in all types of weather and road conditions safely.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules including early mornings, days, nights, holidays, weekends, overtime, and on-call as needed.
• Must possess excellent critical-thinking, interpersonal communication and customer service skills. As well as good judgement and self-discipline.
• Prior driving, delivery and/or customer service experience preferred.
• May be required to pass physical fitness (assessment of strength, endurance and stamina) to evaluate physical ability to perform regular duties of the job.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nuclear pharmacy products to predetermined customers on routes, meeting schedule and quality standards.
• Unloads products per client specifications and provides excellent customer service.
• Acts as customer service liaison, addressing complaints and relaying requests to management.
• Accepts returns and processes paperwork for deliveries and returns.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles and assists with stocking and inventory.
• Performs routine safety checks and pre-trip inspections; reports maintenance issues.
• Follows SOPs and safety standards; complies with laws and DOT requirements.
• Works varying shifts based on location needs; performs other duties as assigned.
