Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Field Collections Technician to cover specimen collections in the Austin, TX area. You will ensure timely, accurate collections and maintain compliant documentation, including COC and alcohol testing forms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• DOT Certification and related documentation must be presented prior to offer.
• Experience in specimen collection or clinic environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Collect specimens according to established procedures and DOT guidelines.
• Complete Chain of Custody (COC) forms and Alcohol Testing Forms accurately.
• Label specimens and ensure proper packaging for transport.
• Maintain collection logs and document time and travel as directed.
