Job summary

LEVEL UP LOGISTICS is hiring Delivery Associates to get Amazon orders to customers on time. The role offers flexible schedules and a company vehicle provided with no CDL required.

Hours typically from 10 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week, with 8–10 hour shifts in most cases. You will drive safely, use handheld devices for routing, and handle loading and unloading while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and read effectively in English
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid, current driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE DRIVING AND WORKING IN VARYING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
• Load and unload packages into the vehicles for delivery.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of a van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift.

The approximate hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM.Shifts are typically 8-10 hours dailyand are available seven days a week.We deliver to Wallington, North Arlington, Rutherford, East Rutherford, Wood-Ridge, Carlstadt, Hasbrouck Heights, Garfield, & Clifton.

Compensation & Benefits

• $24 per hour for Cargo Van drivers, $24.25 for DOT certified drivers.We provide paid DOT Certification training.
