Responsibilities

• Monitor group living conditions and assess dorm situations; make decisions accordingly.
• Perform administrative duties including passes, leaves, evaluations, and reports for assigned shifts.
• Serve as residential advisor to ensure student safety and behavior.
• Inspect dorms, direct maintenance requests, and oversee daily dorm cleanup.
• Communicate with families to resolve issues and support student well-being.
• Coordinate dorm activities, recreation, tutoring, and after-hours learning programs.
