The University of Miami Health System is seeking an MRI Technologist 1 to perform complex MRI procedures and contribute to high-quality diagnostic imaging. You will work under the supervision of a Radiologist, ensuring safety, accuracy, and patient comfort throughout the imaging process.
Qualifications include CPR/BLS, ARRT certification, and graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Florida license preferred; 1 year of experience preferred.
The MRI Technologist 1 is responsible for performing complex procedures in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) through the operations of radiographic equipment to obtain highest quality of diagnostic images.
Independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative are essential in addition to responsibility for designated areas, procedures, and equipment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology /Diagnostic Imaging Program.
Certification and Licensing: CPR and BLS certification required.
ARRT registered and ARRT Certified in primary modality or within one (1) year of hire date.
State of Florida License as a General Radiographer preferred.
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience preferred, will consider new graduates from accredited schools.
