Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Dillwyn, VA seeks a Director of Rehab to lead rehabilitation services across facilities, guiding PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs with a focus on quality, collaboration, and accountability.

This full-time daytime role requires current state licensure and graduation from an accredited therapy program; you will coordinate referrals, plan operations, and build strong relationships with facility staff.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure required.
• Provide professional support services to rehabilitation center residents.
• Initiate referrals as suitable and compliant with Therapy Department procedures.
• Plan, schedule, arrange, direct and oversee entire rehabilitation services to ensure optimum departmental operation.
• Establish program development objectives and conduct ongoing analysis of effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relations between Continuum employees and facility staff and administration.

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program - Physical Therapist (PT) , Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) ONLY
• Current state licensure
