The Brothers That Just Do Gutters — Shreveport/Bossier City, LA is seeking a door-to-door Sales Rep who can knock doors, spark interest, and set appointments; the franchisee handles the actual estimate and quote. Pay is paid per completed estimate with weekly tiered pay: $50/estimate (up to 10/week), $65/estimate (11–15/week), and $75/estimate (16+/week).

Looking for an outgoing, self-motivated door-knocker to help us grow! No cold calling, no closing — you knock doors, spark interest, and set the appointment. Our sales rep handles the actual estimate and quote.

Pay: Paid per completed estimate — retroactive weekly tiers:

• $50/estimate (up to 10/week)
• $65/estimate (11–15/week)
• $75/estimate (16+/week)

The more you book, the more every estimate that week pays. Pay only issued for estimates that actually happen.
