Job summary

Butler Plus in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Full-Time Butler to ensure consistent service quality across assigned communities. You will service multiple properties per shift, individually or as part of a team, addressing gaps and emergencies as needed.

This role requires physical work outdoors, lifting up to 50 pounds, driving, and clear communication. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with good driving record.
• Comfortable working in outdoor settings and walking properties.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recyclables from resident doors across assigned communities.
• Operate with a leak-proof tote and transport waste safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the site and dumpsters.
• Perform porter services, bulk item hauling, and pressure washing as needed.
• Log nightly service documentation in the proprietary system.
• Work with Operations Management to complete service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and drive for extended periods.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
