Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Door to Door Sales Representative in Indiana to drive growth by engaging homeowners in person and presenting fiber internet, TV, and phone services. You will work in the field, maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional service while building local relationships.

Earn unlimited commissions with a base salary and flexible 40-hour weeks, schedule between 9 AM–9 PM, Monday–Saturday. Enjoy generous benefits and performance-based rewards as you own your territory.

Qualifications

• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible for a seller's permit and/or solicitors license as required by market.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits to inform them about TDS's services.
• Conduct sales calls, determine customer needs, and close sales to meet targets and quotas.
• Record daily sales orders, documents, and verifications according to company guidelines.
• Manage customer relationships from sale through installation and follow-up for satisfaction.
• Create community awareness by participating in events with the Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers: Reach out to both new and existing prospects through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.
• Conduct sales calls: Identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell TDS services to prospective customers to achieve your sales targets.
• Complete sales documentation: Accurately record and submit daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.
• Oversee customer accounts: Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
• Create community buzz: Organize and participate in community events to create sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.
