Dillon Auto Hail Repair is a leading automotive repair company specializing in hail damage restoration. We are currently seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales by approaching potential customers door-to-door. This is a commission-based position, offering exceptional earning potential of up to $300,000 per year for top performers.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct door-to-door sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers.
  2. Educate potential customers about the benefits of our auto hail repair services.
  3. Build rapport and establish relationships with prospective clients to gain their trust and confidence.
  4. Identify and understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and close sales.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve individual and team targets.
  7. Continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
  3. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  5. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for this position.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
