Renewal by Andersen Boise is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to engage homeowners, spark conversations, and generate high-quality leads through neighborhood canvassing. You will present our industry-leading products and help customers visualize the value of replacement windows and doors.

The role offers an hourly base with uncapped commissions, a $20/hour starting rate, and strong earning potential with top performers exceeding six figures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with homeowners and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods.
• Sparking meaningful conversations and presenting Renewal by Andersen’s products.
• Help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s windows and doors can elevate their homes.
• Schedule: 40 hours weekly Mon-Fri: 9:30am-6pm
