The role is a full-time leadership position with a base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential. You will coach teams, analyze performance, and implement strategies to maximize daily production.

Qualifications

• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams.
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers.
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training.
