Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a General Laborer to support daily door manufacturing operations. You will load/unload doors and raw materials, assemble components, and move doors through the process while rotating tasks to ensure efficiency.

You will follow schedules, read orders, and assist with equipment setup. The role requires attention to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload doors or raw materials, assemble and move doors during manufacturing.
• Follow production schedules to ensure correct product at the right time and place.
• Read orders and schematics, adjust equipment parameters as needed.
• Gather materials to support continuous door crafting process.
• Perform quality checks to meet specifications.
• Communicate effectively to support product flow through the plant.
• Maintain downtime records and production information as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
