Job summary

Major Food Brand in New York, NY is seeking a professional Doorperson to join our security and guest service team. You will welcome guests, manage access, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for dining and events.

Strong communication and a courteous demeanor are essential as you represent the restaurant to guests and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring entry points, assisting with crowd flow during peak hours, and responding to incidents in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years as a Doorperson, or similar role.
• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service strongly preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Treat guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
• Facilitate the flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant.
• Engage guests, acting as an ambassador of the restaurant in personality and knowledge.
