Position Overview

As a Door Manufacturing Team Member, you will play a key role in the assembly, production, and quality control of our products. This is a hands‑on role requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Fridays: As needed

Compensation

Starting at $19.00/hour or higher, depending on experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment including saws, drills, and CNC machines
• Assemble door panels, frames, and hardware components
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain equipment and contribute to a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (door industry a plus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Familiarity with materials such as wood, veneer, and composites is a plus
