Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks an Entry Door Installer Trainee in Tempe, AZ to provide safe, accurate installation of doors and hardware with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service. You will work in a team-based environment, performing installations in shop and field settings under supervision.

No prior experience required, though welding is a plus; must be able to lift 100 pounds and hold a valid driver's license. Comprehensive benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware on commercial entry doors in shop and field settings.
• Repair, adjust, replace, and/or troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware.
• Communicate progress and challenges to Install Supervisor.
• Always operate in a safety conscious manner.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
