Job summary

Brand Vaughan, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks a dependable Door Assembler to join our Georgia production team. You will work on a pre-hung door assembly line, stocking components and assembling parts under line leader direction, while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Reading a tape measure and hammer usage are essential, with overtime possible. Prior carpentry experience is preferred as you learn routers, saws, presses, and staple guns to support efficient production.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent work experience required.
• Prior carpentry experience preferred.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer.
• Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses and staple guns.
• Available for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work on a pre-hung door assembly line.
• Stock doors, frames, plates and stock components for door assembly.
• Assemble components under the direction of the line leaders.
• Load and band finished materials on carts/pallets inside and/or outside.
• Receive incoming products, commodities, and materials.
• Maintain work area by keeping it neat and organized.
• Assist in the set-up of component assembly process.
• Monitor production workflow process assisting other areas as needed.
• Operate all equipment necessary to the assembly process.
• Adhere to established safety rules and regulations; maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with attendance policy with regular attendance.
• Assist in maintaining an organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and participate in a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory as required by location management.
• Retain awareness of the work environment critical to the task at hand.
