You will read work orders, align hinges, tracks, and panels with care, and collaborate with CNC-equipped processes to meet exact specifications. A focus on safety and efficient workflow completes this role.

Qualifications

• Heavy lifting up to 50–100 lbs repeatedly on shift.
• Assemble hinges, tracks, and panels with precision and square alignment.
• Operate or collaborate with CNC machining in a high-tech shop.
• Read and interpret work orders to ensure correct specs.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assemble interior doors from pre-finished components with accurate fit.
• Ensure correct style, size, and hardware are used per orders.
• Maintain safe handling of materials and equipment throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
• Ensure quality, squareness, and proper hinge and track alignment on every unit.
