ManpowerGroup is assisting a client in Pittsburg, KS, recruiting a Door Assembly to join the Doors team. The role supports production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will read and follow detailed work instructions, have a high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs while working evening shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble all types of steel door units according to customer specifications.
• Read and interpret production tickets accurately to ensure correct build details.
• Verify material quality, accuracy, and count with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe, efficient production.
• Work at a fast pace while managing multiple components and staying focused on quality.

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Door Assembly to join their team. As a Door Assembly, you will be part of the Doors team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow detailed work instructions, and the drive to meet quality and productivity expectations-while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Door Assembly

Location: Pittsburg, KS

Pay Range: 18

Shift: Evenings (15:00-01:30)

• Assemble all types of steel door units according to customer specifications.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to read and understand English.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and pushing.

• Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work quickly with multiple components.
