Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain fresh, well‑organized departments. You will share product knowledge, help customers find items, and keep displays appealing across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery. Be prepared for a fast‑paced environment and active work shifts.

You will work with a friendly team, learn store technology, and follow safety standards to ensure a great shopping experience for families in the community.

What You'll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

You’ll:

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates

• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need

• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards

• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures

• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
