Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a production teammate to ensure proper icing preparation according to formula and standards. The role includes monitoring icing equipment, maintaining clean work areas, and complying with safety policies to guarantee product quality and legality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ months in food manufacturing, prefer 1+ year, and can read/record information in English. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long shifts in a bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months' experience in an industrial food manufacturing facility; one year preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend and record information; clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Aligns product properly as needed.
• Monitors icing roller or T bar to ensure product is properly covered.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Adheres to company safety and work rules; follows policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Records icing mix confirmations in SAP.
