Job description

Join as a Donut Baker at CRSI Champaign Residential Services, Inc.

We are seeking passionate individuals for the role of Donut Baker at CRSI Champaign Residential Services, Inc. This position involves pastry preparation, dough making, donut frying, icing, and garnishing. The typical production hours are from 7am to 3pm for dough mixing and frying, and from 9am to 5pm for icing and finishing.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing food items in a sanitary and timely manner
• Following recipes and presentation specifications
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the station
• Restocking items as needed
• Adhering to sanitation and food production standards

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additional incentives include a $0.50/hour increase for overnight shifts (midnight to 6 a.m.), bi-weekly pay, health insurance after 90 days, vacation pay, overtime pay, annual bonuses, and holiday pay.

Temp-Stop, established in 1998, operates 10 convenience stores and 2 liquor stores. We are developing a new coffee/donut concept called Baxters in Lee's Summit, serving specialty coffee and retail donuts.
