Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Donut Baker to join our bakery team in Des Moines. You’ll prepare and bake a variety of donuts and baked goods to Dunkin’ standards, ensuring freshness, taste, and visual appeal. You’ll work with a friendly team to deliver quality treats to guests.

Ideal candidates are 18+, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn Dunkin’s recipes and techniques. Flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, and weekends help our customers enjoy fresh donuts all day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of donuts and other baked goods to Dunkin’ standards
• Ensure that all products are fresh, delicious, and visually appealing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following Dunkin’s sanitation and safety guidelines
• Follow recipes and production processes to ensure quality consistency
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Provide a positive, friendly experience for guests by collaborating with team members
