Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and solicit donors by building relationships and tailored engagement strategies for KSS.
• Steward donor relationships with timely acknowledgments and impact updates.
• Plan and execute Kids Shaping Shepherd events and volunteer experiences.
• Draft personalized written communications for meetings and group updates.
• Manage donor recognition opportunities to ensure appreciation is timely and meaningful.
• Collaborate with gift officers, volunteers, and teams to meet fundraising goals.
• Support stewardship policy implementation and data accuracy in records.
