LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, and goal-driven, individual to join the team as a Donor Services Team Leader in Madison, AL. This position is responsible for ensuring the donor center and/or bloodmobile operates safely, efficiently, and effectively. The selected candidate will also directly supervise one to six Donor Technicians.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license. Must also meet and maintain LifeSouth driver’s eligibility requirements
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Knowledgeable in a variety of computer software applications
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, and volume and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• One year of donor collections experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
