Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred 1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring their safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, taking vital signs.
• Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records.
